After the “deraspatura” of grapes, the juice is left to rest for one night in a steel vat.

The next day it is bottled and pasteurized at a temperature that guarantees the inalterability and integrity of the product without adding chemicals and preservatives. It is not filtered.

Its looks, smell and taste vary in relation to the vintage.
